Disclaimer
Last updated
NeuroX Pulse is a research reading list for information and education. It does not provide medical advice, establish scientific truth, or replace your own assessment of the original research.
Not medical advice
Nothing on this site is a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or advice about an individual’s health. Reading a paper or using this site does not create a clinician–patient relationship. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about health concerns and before changing treatment. Do not disregard professional advice or delay seeking care because of a paper linked here.
Selection is an editorial judgment
Inclusion means that a paper was selected for attention under our selection methodology. It is not an endorsement of every claim, a recommendation to apply a finding, or certification that a study is correct, reproducible, clinically useful, or free of conflicts of interest. Omission does not imply that a paper lacks merit.
Animal, cellular, computational, and observational findings may not translate to human health or establish cause and effect. Reviews synthesize existing literature and should not be mistaken for new experimental evidence.
AI assistance and review limits
Automated tools, including AI, assist discovery, assessment, and ranking. Selections may be published automatically when configured evidence gates are met; do not assume every selection has been individually reviewed by a person. AI can misinterpret research, miss limitations, or reflect bias.
Assessment generally relies on available original abstracts and permitted, independently matched commentary. It is not a full-text audit, independent replication, systematic review, or a substitute for journal peer review. We do not independently verify authors’ underlying data. Read the original paper, its methods, limitations, disclosures, and subsequent discussion before relying on it.
Accuracy, completeness, and changing evidence
Research findings can change, and articles can be corrected, withdrawn, or retracted. Metadata, source coverage, and status checks can be incomplete or delayed. The list is selective and does not cover every significant publication. We cannot guarantee that every title, author list, link, or publication status is always accurate or current.
Verified retractions and withdrawals are removed through our correction process; updates may take time to reach the site and its caches. Check the publisher’s current record. To flag an issue, use the contact details below and include the DOI and supporting source.
Independent sources and third-party links
NeuroX Pulse is an independent service, not a journal, publisher, university, or medical institution. Naming or linking a source does not imply its sponsorship or endorsement. DOI links lead to external publisher sites, which may have paywalls and their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their content, availability, or security.
Use of the site is also covered by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. These notices do not limit rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
